Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Amino Research Supply is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except where Amino Research Supply determines, in its sole discretion, that an order issue qualifies for review under the Shipping / Returns Policy.
