This Shipping / Returns Policy applies to orders placed through Amino Research Supply.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy, our Terms & Conditions, and our Research-Use Agreement.
All products sold by Amino Research Supply are intended strictly for laboratory and in vitro research use only.
Products are not intended for human use, animal use, consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, compounding, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, dietary use, or resale.
Orders are subject to account approval, payment confirmation, compliance review, product availability, and acceptance by Amino Research Supply.
Typical order processing times are 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier delays, compliance holds, payment issues, or other delays outside our control.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Amino Research Supply reserves the right to cancel, refuse, limit, or hold any order at any time.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or communicated during the order process.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, holidays, service interruptions, or other events may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Amino Research Supply is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if Amino Research Supply agrees to reship the order.
Amino Research Supply reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations, customers, institutions, states, countries, or addresses at its discretion.
We may refuse or cancel orders if we believe fulfillment may violate applicable law, carrier requirements, research-only policies, or internal compliance standards.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their location.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier tracking and delivery processes apply.
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Amino Research Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, theft after delivery, weather delays, or delivery disruptions outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Amino Research Supply will review the issue and determine, in its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Do not discard packaging or product materials until the issue has been reviewed.
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, lost, or not moving, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current delivery information.
Amino Research Supply may assist with available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.
If tracking shows the package was delivered, Amino Research Supply is not responsible for theft, misplacement, or loss after delivery.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once the product has been shipped.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Amino Research Supply may consider cancellation requests before an order has been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, or released to the carrier.
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, or released to the carrier, cancellation is not guaranteed and the sale may be final.
For quality, documentation, safety, and chain-of-custody reasons, Amino Research Supply does not accept returns of research materials.
Products that have left our possession cannot be returned to inventory or resold.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes involving fulfilled orders, accepted terms, or delivered products may result in account suspension, refusal of future orders, and submission of documentation to the payment processor.
